Description
Api Standard Rock Drill Bit Steel Tooth Tricone Bit
Tricone Bit, Steel Tooth Bit, TCI tricone Bit, Single Cone Bit, Rock drill Bits,Rotary Bits.
Principle of operation
1) The drill bit is speed is the same as the downhole power drilling tool's or rotary table's speed. The cone revolves around the drill bit is axis as well as the drill bit itself. Each row of teeth on the cone rotates around the drill bit is axis at a variable linear velocity; the outer row of teeth has the highest linear velocity.
2) When the drill bit rotates counterclockwise around the tooth's palm axis, it is referred to as rotating. The drill bit is rotational speed controls the cone's rotational speed, which is influenced by the teeth's effect on the well's bottom.
3) The drill bit reciprocates up and down along the axial direction as a result of the longitudinal vibration (axial vibration) of the drill bit, which affects and shifts the location of the breaking wheel center. This is the drill bit is longitudinal vibration, which is connected to the structural characteristics of the bit such tooth pitch, tooth height, and lithology. Hard formations have a large amplitude, whereas soft formations have a modest one. The speed of the cone and the number of teeth are related to the vibration frequency.
4) The structural properties of the drill bit dictate the types of rock that must be fractured in order to achieve the sliding shear fracture effect. When drilling in soft strata, the drill's slip
